It's as if Del Toro neuro-linked with a robot and then couldn't figure out how to work the controls -- and so watched impotently as the machine made the major creative decisions.. The film conceals as much as it reveals, and its beauty is that it pretends to do nothing else. It embraces a mystery and protects it, and it’s thrilling to behold.. Absolutely one of the greatest, most cringe-worthy movies I've ever seen.. I recommend this movie to everyone out there want to see an epic action movie ...
